How to activate my license?
Order confirmation did not arrive after purchase

If you do not receive an email from ESET within 24 hours of purchasing or activation, see below for suggested actions to take:

  • Check your spam and secondary inbox folders.
  • Gmail users: Look in the “Promotions” folder.
  • Visit the Lost License page to have your ESET-issued License Key resent. Enter your email address in the search box "Lost your ESET license? Recover here" and click "Find License". When you complete the lost license request form, you will be required to submit the email address that you used to purchase your ESET product.
  • If you still do not receive either message, your email address may have been misspelled during the purchase process. In this case, complete a technical support request by e-mailing on support@eset.ee.
Can i cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may end your subscription any time. To end your subscription, please send your request by email on info@eset.ee.

Can i change my subscription?

No. You cannot modify current subscription, but you can make changes that are best for your needs. Current campaign offer is for ESET Internet Security.

With your license you may use following products:

  • for Windows: ESET Internet Security, ESET NOD32 Antivirus
  • for Mac: ESET Cybesecurity Pro, ESET Cybesecurity
  • for Android: ESET Mobile Security for Android (smartphone, tablet, TV)
     

If you want to change quantity of devices, you have to check what package suits the best for you. 

  • In case you have license for 5 devices, but you need to protect 9 devices, you have to end current subscription and start new one, by choosing subscription package that covers up to 10 devices.
  • In case you need to protect more than 10 devices, you have to add new subscription, as limit is 10 devices with one subscription.
My ID card is not working, how to resolve?

Disable SSL filtering in ESET Windows products

  1. Open the main program window of your Windows ESET product.
  2. Press the F5 key to access Advanced setup.
  3. Click Web and email, expand SSL/TLS, click the slider bar next to Enable SSL/TLS protocol filtering to disable it and then click OK. Detailed info in KB article: https://support.eset.com/en/kb3126
